WHAT DOES THE RED PARTIAL STAMP ON MY PACKAGE MEAN?

When you have received an order from us that has a partial red stamp on the customer receipt , and the order is incomplete, in this case, you have received a partial shipment. Not to worry, the rest of your shipment is arriving soon!

The second step you could take is calling your local post office to check on your shipment. These two steps are essential, as we have found it has solved 90 percent of lost shipment issues. If you have placed an order and you need to cancel it, we require you to call us within the hour. The reason being, we are set up to ship any orders placed as soon as possible to ensure items are delivered on time.
