Super Simple Anti Aging Morning Routine Of An Esthetician
I hate overly complicated skin care routines! I like to keep it as simple as possible while still making sure it's super effective and gives me the results I want. This is what I do every morning!
1. Splash cold water on your face
This is especially important if your eyes tend to be puffy in the morning or if you have dark circles. It increases the circulation a ton and helps with puffiness, wrinkles, and fine lines.
2. Wash your face and neck with a cream based cleanser
I've said this before and I'll say it again! You shouldn't use a harsh cleanser in the morning, you need something gentle! Cream based cleansers are the best I've found for this.
3. Use a moisturizer with CBD and Vitamin C
If you use a moisturizer with both of these ingredients, your skin will thank you big time! The CBD will work to repair your skin throughout the day while the Vitamin C increases your collagen production. They're incredible together!
4. Use a super hydrating eye cream
Like I've said before, an eye cream is one of the most important anti aging products. Choose one that is super hydrating and you'll see the best results!
6. Apply SPF and Blue Light Protection Cream
These will protect your skin from any further damage and signs of aging. Use them both every single day so that your skin doesn't absorb any damage! Also, make sure you're applying all of your skincare products to your neck and chest in addition to your face!
